          Our world class finished dosage manufacturing facility is located at At Village - Kalgam, Coastal Highway Road, Dist. - Valsad, Gujrat - 396142.India in the middle of the some of the major generic players of the world. The facility has dedicated manufacturing modules for oral solid dosages Tablet, Capsule, Small Volume Parenterals, Injection, Dry Injection, Syrups & Suspensions , Ointments , Dry Syrups and caters to export and domestic markets.

Keeping in pace with the increasing demand of our clients for contract manufacturing,
Taj Pharmaceuticals has added 2 dedicated blocks and are in the process of adding another 3 dedicated fully USFDA / UKMHRA compliant manufacturing facility in Valsad (Gujrat). The facility consists of 3 floors covering a plinth area of 8500 sq mtrs. There is separate building for Active Pharma Ingredients.

         We use Information Technology extensively to facilitate quick and accurate decision-making. Local Area Network is provided in all the locations for the swift movement of work. We have provided each of our staff members with personalized mailing address for ensuring the flow of soft information and cuts across organization layers and boundaries, to ensure quick response.

          We are currently in the process of implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at our all the plants and Head Office. Phase I has already been implemented covering Finance, Supply Chain Management and Human Resource, Phase II covering Manufacturing and Quality Control are under implementation and will be completed by Last Year. This will manage all the hard data of our business including data on planning, purchase, inventory, manufacture, quality control, shipments, accounting and costing.

With annual capacity of half billion tablets and capsules and twenty five million injectibles, we have the complete range of equipment necessary to handle all the operations of manufacturing.

Injection manufacturing (Capacity)

The facility consist of independent Production Blocks as under: Cephalosporin Block- To produce Dry Powder Injectables, Dry Syrup, Tablets, Capsules, Ready Mix, Sachets.   General Block- To produce Liquid Injectables in vials and Ampoules, Dry Powder Injectables, Prefilled syringe. Beta-lactam Block- To produce Dry Powder Injectables, Dry Syrup, Tablet, Capsules.   Sex Hormone Block- To produce Liquid Injectables in Ampoules and Vials, Tablet, Capsules, Dermal Patches.   Oncology Block- To produce Liquid Injectables in Ampoules and Vials, Tablet, Capsules, Prefilled Syringes & Lyophilised Injections. General Block The General Block is dedicated to produce only Parenteral dosage forms i.e. Liquid and dry Powder. General block has been designed over an area of 30773.6 SFT. 49 AHUs are installed for General block. Installed capacity P.A. of the plant is to produce.
	374.4 million units of liquid Injectables (Vials from 8ml to 120ml).
	187.2 million units of liquid Injectables (Ampoules from 4ml to 40 ml).
	187.2 million units of dry powder Injectables (500 mg to 20 gm).

	All production activity till final packing online. All equipments are PLC based. Monolithic Epoxy flooring in all Core Areas. Modular prefab partition for internal wall. Walkable RCC ceiling. Building Management System for environmental control, Closed Circuit TV, Public Address System, Access Control System, Fire Detection System. All controls parameters are    displayed on computer network, can be visualized from anywhere in world. Dedicated Air Handling Unit to feed filtered fresh air to all AHUs. Material Stagging are provided at each stage of production. Separate dispensing area provided for Active & non active APIs. Segregated change room provided for personnel working in the Core Production Area. Air shower facility for personnel coming in contact with the drug in Cephalosporin Plant.
