USES
This medication is used to treat depression. It is also used with other therapies for the treatment of nighttime bed-wetting (enuresis) in children. Using this medication to treat depression may improve your mood, sleep, appetite, and energy level and may help restore your interest in daily living. Depra ® can help your child control nighttime bed-wetting.

Depra ® belongs to a class of medications called tricyclic antidepressants. It works by restoring the balance of certain natural substances (neurotransmitters such as norepinephrine) in the brain. For bed-wetting, this medication may work by blocking the effect of a certain natural substance (acetylcholine) on the bladder.

Dosage
Depra ® comes as a tablet and a capsule to take by mouth. When Depra ® tablets or capsules are used to treat depression, they are usually taken one or more times a day and may be taken with or without food. When Depra ® tablets are used to prevent bedwetting in children, they are usually taken one hour before bedtime. Children who wet the bed early in the evening may be given one dose in the mid-afternoon and another dose at bedtime. Try to take Depra ® at around the same time(s) every day. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Take Depra ® exactly as directed.

STORAGE
Store the product in a tightly closed container at room temperature between 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C) away from light and moisture.
